Job Description


We are looking for a National Accounts Manager to develop a new enterprise base of accounts that are multi-site, corporate, or private equity-owned practices that will benefit from a national contract approach.

Territory Overview and Travel Requirements:

  • South or Southeast region
  • The ideal candidate will reside in either Texas or Florida
  • 3-4 nights per week travel required.

About the Role (Responsibilities): This new role will be responsible for prospecting and establishing national contracts within the nation's leading large multi-practice location medspa's, GPO’s, medical dermatology offices, and laser specialty clinics within the Aesthetics industry. Drive account management in a $200 million dollar market through a validated sales methodology resulting in brand dedication across all of our innovative products and technologies.

  • Identify national, regional, and multiple location companies within a specific geographic territory
  • Develop business relationships with decision-makers and c-suite executives
  • Prepare detailed proposals for products and services to be sold, and assist in the preparation of all contracts
  • Educate and demonstrate Cutera’s products’ indications, efficacy, safety, and how these products will improve the clients’ needs and that of their customers.
  • Expertly lead both the pre and post-sales activities for the products and services

Qualifications


What will You Need – Does the Job Fit? (Qualifications & Experience)

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Preferably large account strategic selling experience (capital placement, device utilization, growth, etc)
  • 2+ years’ National Accounts Management or 3+ years of selling capital experience in Aesthetics, Medical Device industry, or capital equipment.
  • Experienced networking with and conversing successfully with “C” suite executives about business and related challenges and solutions
  • Detailed successful sales track record required (we don’t mind if you brag, show us how good you are) - Ability to meet sales quotas
  • Ability to travel sufficiently
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced in driving a 5-8% penetration in multi-million-dollar market sales
