seeks a motivated, creative National Account Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. This individual will provide a high level of sales support to Ingram’s distribution brands, including Publishers Group West, Two Rivers and Ingram Academic. The job entails working with the National Accounts Sales team, accounts, and distribution clients as well as supporting the VP/Trade Sales. The ideal candidate will have some publishing sales experience and the desire to grow while managing day-to-day duties and must be skilled in Excel. The job will include National Account rep support, performing routine sales and administrative support duties for the Sales Team, assisting in preparation for key account sell-ins, and providing special projects support and analysis for sales.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience
  • 1 year experience working with MS Excel, including using formulas, v-lookups and pivot tables

OR

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1 year experience working with MS Excel, including using formulas, v-lookups, and pivot tables

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepares national account reps for sales calls by creating monthly lists of titles, gathering materials, prepping sales packets, creating Edelweiss collections, and keeping track of drops ins.
  • Supports BN and Baker&Taylor national account reps as well as BAM.
  • Creates and sends daily and weekly POS reports for our distribution brands/accounts.
  • Liaises with client services teams to ensure sell-in materials are available for sales calls.
  • Backlist and brand analysis as required.
  • Provides administrative support to VP, Sales including sales reporting on a routine basis.

Hiring Salary Range: $46,460 - $64,566. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
