Reel Security Corporation of Louisiana (Reel Security) is the leading provider of security services to the film and entertainment industry. With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, we provide best-in-class security for Film/TV Production, Live Events, Executive Protection, and Confidentiality/IP Protection. We support our clients across a range of productions from feature films to commercials, award shows and special events. Role Overview:

Reel Security Officers are primarily responsible for protecting valuable equipment and production property in temporary indoor and outdoor locations in the New Orleans area.

• Monitor and protect client property at temporary locations from intrusion and theft.
• Record and log incoming drop-offs and pickups of client equipment at various worksite locations.
• Patrol client areas to detect potential unsecured property.
• Obtain information of incidents that occur on post and write incident reports.
• Assist client location manager(s) and enforcement officer in potential emergency situations.
• Monitor temporary worksites to prevent trespassing, vandalism and theft.
• Ability to handle and navigate high stress environments that require emotional intelligence.

What You Bring to Reel Security:

• High School or equivalent (PREFERRED)
• 1 year of customer service experience (PREFERRED)
• Valid Guard Card (License)
• Personal vehicle is RECOMMENDED and a valid driver's license is REQUIRED.
• Smartphone is REQUIRED.
• Flexible Schedules.
• Schedule and shift times are always changing so there is flexibility in the workplace.
• This position is ON-Call with Variable Hours
• Travel to various job sites.
• High standards of integrity and honesty and a history of lawful conduct.

If an employee works 5 days (12-hours each day) at $12.50 an hour, their weekly pay would be $875.00 before taxes and deductions.
