Position: Banking Operations Specialist
Location: Santa Clara, CA / Tempe, AZ(Hybrid)
Duration: 06 - 12+ Months
Job Description:
- Responsible for processing loan funding requests and transaction processing
- Responsible for processing reconveyances in adherence to timing requirements
- Responsible for processing loan payment, advances, mortgage fundings, and wires
- Responsible for processing payoff demands, preparing subordination agreements, and verification of mortgages
- Responsible for researching and resolving client and business partner escalations, identifying appropriate resolutions to ensure a positive client experience
- Perform quality assurance testing
Assist the team with departmental projects, as necessary
