Fraud Prevention Specialist - Bilingual Chinese

Location: Cupertino, CA

Start: January 2023

Duration: 6 mo contract

Pay: Up to $29/hr

Overview:

This position is a key member of the Moderator team and will work with the team to enforce the adherence and preservation of AMP's quality standards, and ensure that AMP is maintained to the client's standards. As a Fraud Prevention Specialist, the candidate will be working on a project to find and remove apps from the App Store that contain objectionable content which is in violation of the App Store guidelines. The candidate will be performing independent research and processing fraud reports to identify the targeted content.

Responsibilities:

• Providing initial review of customer submissions to ensure they meet defined standards (could be explicit content).
• Assisting with ad hoc projects.
• Providing feedback to management to improve tools, policies and procedures.
• The position requires excellent communication skills, as well as resourcefulness, and ingenuity in solving problems, dependability, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision while managing a variety of responsibilities.

Key Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English AND Chinese.
• Results-oriented, persistent, and meticulous.
• Comfortable with a deadline-driven work environment.
• Adept at managing a variety of responsibilities and high volume of information.
• Background in fraud investigations a plus.
• Experience with SQL / Hive a plus.
• Understanding of digital distribution platforms, payment structures, content marketing and user acquisition a plus.
