Job Summary

We are seeking a maintenance person for up to 40 hours per week for our residential community in Gaston. This position includes all aspects of maintenance including minor repairs and remodeling mobile homes.

Maintenance Responsibilities:

- Inspect common areas on a daily basis.

- The grounds should be free of trash.

- Inspect units for compliance with maintenance and other requirements.

- Vacant units require itemized breakdowns of what it will cost to make them rent ready.

- Repairs and maintenance on all units.

- Maintain a record of all work orders completed.

- Regularly report any issues, concerns or compliance problems to Employer.

We are looking for someone who has a background in construction/carpentry/general remodeling experience. The maintenance personnel will work with the manager who will organize a schedule for working on homes and seeing that they are completed in a timely manner. We are looking for someone who would help us to create the community that we envision.
