Are you ready to join the Pepsi MidAmerica team as a Merchandiser? We're seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to help us increase sales and promote our brand in retail stores throughout Sparta, IL, and the surrounding areas.

As a Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for stocking shelves and coolers with our refreshing Pepsi products, building relationships with store managers and staff, and setting up eye-catching promotional displays that will grab the attention of customers and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Showcasing our Pepsi products in a visually appealing manner that encourages customers to make a purchase.
• Collaborating with store managers and staff to ensure proper inventory management and product placement.
• Utilizing your keen attention to detail to maintain product freshness and quality.
• Putting your creativity to work by setting up exciting promotional displays that highlight our products and increase brand awareness.
• Conducting regular store audits to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure that our products are always looking their best.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Experience:

• Prior merchandising or retail experience is preferred but not required.
