Job description

The Merchandise Assistant will be responsible for helping with the merchandising and development of the company’s complete product offering.

Key Responsibilities:

· Project Management

• WM Product Development timeline and follow up
• Other projects as they arise

· Assisting with the execution of product development

• Communication with design
• Communication with vendors
• Pricing and Sample follow up

· Assist with merchandising of showroom; market set up and prep and line sheets

· Trend research for design ideas

· Help prepare product/samples for new sales initiatives

· Have intimate knowledge of all product offerings, enabling assistant to make merchandising suggestions in terms of displays, sales presentations and product development

· Prep and organize samples for line reviews and style outs

Key Requirements

· College Degree

· Intermediate Excel skills; Microsoft Office

· Able to work with other teams in the company

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to multitask and handle workload effectively to meet deadlines

· Good organization skills with attention to detail

· MUST have Jewelry / Accessory experience; fashion sense

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
