Responsibilities and Qualifications:
The primary purpose of the Valet position is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. The Valet will park and retrieve service clients' cars in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Must be able to drive and operate vehicle
  • Greet clients
  • Escort client to appropriate member
  • Park cars in designated areas
  • Retrieve cars for clients
  • Find and install license plates
  • Replace vehicle bulbs
  • Notify Assistant Service Manager (ASM) or Estimator if client is waiting
  • Keep service drive free of vehicles
  • Maintain strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
  • Help clients transfer luggage or packages between cars
  • Assist techs in moving inoperable vehicles
  • Alert Manager to any damage to clients’ vehicles
  • Assist with housekeeping on the service drive keeping it clean and clear of debris
  • Drive clients to requested destination as needed
  • Know and understand the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process and utilize the program to achieve client satisfaction
  • Know and understand the Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policy and adhere to its requirements
  • Attend department meetings as requested
  • Other duties as assigned
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR policy requirements
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)
