Program Overview Integrated Care:

North Range recognizes that wellness is based on the interconnection between physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health and approaches individuals with each of these components in mind. Integrated Care allows for better continuity of care through improved communication and care coordination between primary care and behavioral health providers. Behavioral health services include assessments, therapy, crisis management, and care coordination.


***$2,000.00 Sign-On Bonus Available***


Salary Range:

Unlicensed: $48,500.00/yr. - $68,018.00/yr.
Licensed: $56,900.00/yr. - $85,366.00/yr.


Salary Placements will vary and may be above the starting wage based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, education, and licensure. Salary placements generally occur between the starting wage and the midpoint of the salary range.

Employees may be eligible for additional pay based on program, evening, night, weekend, or holiday work. Bilingual pay may be available upon successful passing of language validation testing.

Mental Health Clinician
As a Mental Health Clinician with the Integrated Care team, you can expect to collaborate with medical staff in our community to provide excellent client care. Joining the Integrated care team will allow you to provide needed assessments, therapy, crisis management, and care coordination.


Position Summary
:
With a Collaborative, Customer First, and Compassionate approach, Mental Health Clinicians will:

  • Embrace the North Range Behavioral Health Mission Statement - Provide compassionate, comprehensive care for people who face mental health and addiction challenges.
  • Provide person-centered assessments, goal planning, and treatment for mental health and/or substance use issues. Provide screenings, intakes, and assessments of clients utilizing required instruments and formats within appropriate timelines.
  • Observe clients in a variety of situations. Assess the diagnosis and mental status of clients, evaluate the current level of functioning, and develop and implement a treatment plan to address clients’ needs.
  • Collaborate continuously with assigned clients to devise safety planning, provide symptom management, identify support systems, reduce, and mitigate risk factors. May deliver services to clients in other community settings.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians, law enforcement, external providers, and psychiatrists to provide services to clients. Maintain close and cooperative relationships with community agencies and other public agencies in carrying out treatment/service plans.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or another behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Valid Driver's License and driving record that meets with hiring requirements as set forth for someone that must transport clients/program participants is required.


Additional eligibility requirements by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE):

  • Annual Flu Vaccine
  • COVID - 19 Vaccine (Exemptions may be available upon hire according to company policy)
  • Annual TB Testing
