Position Overview: The main responsibilities of the Membership Services Coordinator are focused on obtaining and retaining memberships. A qualified candidate will demonstrate a high level of technological capabilities, be able to quickly adapt and engage with guests and members and demonstrate good listening skills and communication.

Salary: $20.00/hour + monthly bonus opportunities for meeting department goals. Total compensation with bonuses $55k-$75k.

• A love of working in a customer service oriented environment
• Proactive with a positive attitude
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish department goals
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Show empathy when dealing with member concerns
