A Member Service Associate (MSA) assists Columbia Credit Union members in our branches to reach their financial goals through service and professionalism. On a typical day an MSA will serve our members by supporting their banking transactions, inquires and account maintenance. MSA’s will also suggests products that would help members reach their goal.
This position requires previous cash handling, and customer service experience. Banking experience is a plus.. Requires availability Monday through Friday 8:30 to 6:30 and Saturday 8:30 to 2:00.
