Saratoga Medical has an immediate opening for a full-time Medical Social Worker to work at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. Position is 40 hour a week schedule, Monday through Friday, day shift only approximately 7:30am to 4:30pm, to provide case management and care coordination services as part of the EFMP program to the active duty and dependent population.QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience working with case management, care coordination, and/or discharge planning in a medical setting within the last 4 years.
BLS certification required prior to start date.
