Medical Receptionist- Cardiology Office

This position is covering for a medical leave, with the possibility to permanently hire.

We are looking for someone with a great personality, positive attitude, team player and reliable. The position is for a check in/check out receptionist. You are one of the first persons our patients meet, so exceptional customer service is required.

Requirements: Previous Medical Office Experience

Bilingual English & Spanish is a must

Must be very computer proficient CPR certified

Job Functions: Checking in patients. Checking out patients. Schedule appointments, Collecting co-pays, updating demographics, scanning in: new patient paperwork, release forms, insurance cards. Answering phone calls, calling patients to confirm appointments, rescheduling appointments etc .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
To keep our staff safe, we have given them face shields, masks and check each employee/patient's temperature.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Medical receptionist: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• Spanish (Required)
