The Lab Tech II processes specimens for testing as required and performs analysis on blood, body fluids, and other appropriate specimens in all areas of laboratory. During testing, the Lab Tech II operates automated and computerized equipment; performs quality control analysis and evaluates laboratory data for accuracy. The Lab Tech II also provides reliable test results to appropriate personnel in a timely manner for the diagnosis and treatment of patients and assumes other duties as assigned.
