Medical Front Desk
Paid training provided - no healthcare exp needed!
Location: The Village OKC area
Hours: Full time or Part time
- Sat/Sun 7p-7a (12 hour shifts, 24 hours a week)
- Midday Sat/Sun 11a-9p (10 hour shifts, 20 hours a week)
- Overnight M-F 10p-6a (8 hour shifts, 40 hours a week)
- Overnight M-F 11p-7a (8 hour shifts, 40 hours a week)
Requirements: High School Diploma, COVID vaccine
Pay: $15/h
Job Outline:
- With competency and compassion, this position helps patients understand their insurance benefits and educate them on their financial responsibilities.
- They are able to discuss payment options and assistance, as necessary
- Duties may include scheduling, registration, benefit verification, pre-certification and financial clearance including pre-visit collection.
- The Patient Registration team member will be responsible for ensuring that the most accurate patient data is obtained and populated into the patient record.
