Dear Physicians,
We are looking for a general internist to join a growing private practice that specializes in nursing home and assisted-living care. We pride ourselves for the detailed, professional conduct of our staff, and consider ourselves to be the premier organization in Connecticut offering these services.
We currently have availabilities for a leadership position in Torrington, Bristol, and Middletown, though other sites are also available depending on geographic needs. The expectation is that the physician would attend to patients at one or two facilities per day during the week. The physician will also work with a nurse practitioner.
An ideal candidate would have:
- Experience working in nursing homes.
- Experience with seriously ill patients- such as work as a hospitalist or geriatrician.
- Be willing to travel to several sites in Connecticut as needed.
