At Hope TMS and Neuropsychiatric Center, we strive to help patients find long-term relief from mental health issues. Currently, we are employing someone to take care of medical billing, posting, and reviewing patient accounts.

Requirements:

• MUST have billing and posting experience.
• Available to work in a hyflex setting. 20 hours per week minimum.
• Flexible weekend hours (we will discuss and coordinate with you).
• Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology, medical collection, ICD-10, and CPT codes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• MUST have available references.
• MUST be vaccinated for Covid-19.

Expectations:

• Understanding of various medical policies and protocols.
• Monitoring eligibility benefits.
• Performing billing operations and posting.
• Ensuring payments from both patients and third-party payers are received.
• Coordinating and communicating with insurance.
• Fast learner and able to adapt to new skills.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrating excellent professionalism toward patients.
• Good work ethic, willing to lend a hand, self-starter, positive attitude, no ego.
