Job description

The role of an MA is to offer operational and clerical support to the Clinical Coordinator. You will manage patient flow and clinical responsibilities alongside the Clinical Coordinator in order to maintain the traffic of our medical practice. This includes, but not limited to: excellent documentation, organization, communication amongst the Medical Assistants, patients and general staff.

Must have strong leadership, communication skills, professionalism, strong EMR knowledge, eCW knowledge is plus, strong medical terminology and pharmacology. Must have 1 or 2 professional references. Must have the ability to exercise sound judgement and priorities. 1 to 2 years of experience preferred, but not a requirement.

Lastly, an MA can be covering the front desk from time to time if short staffed or needed coverage. Must Speak Spanish.

Frontline Medical and Kidney Care works with both paper and electronic charts.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
