United Diagnostic Services is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist/Medical Assistant in multiple areas. Shifts vary depending on location and needs.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the site
- Direct visitors to the appropriate areas
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate informationl
- Perform blood pressures
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Medical Assistant, Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. blood pressure taken manually)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
