*$1,500 Sign-On Bonus!*
This position is eligible for a $1,500 Sign-on Bonus!
The pay-out schedule is: $750 at time of hire, $750 after one year of employment.
Current RUSH employees are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.
Position Summary
Responsible for the care and comfort of all patients and their families.Responsible for rooming patients; taking vital signs; performing phlebotomy; assisting with procedures; maintaining appropriate practice logs; informing patients of normal lab results; patient flow and comprehensive documentation to support the care of the patient.
Position Requirements:
- CMA or RMA required.
- Certified in CPR
- Medical practice management and EMR software experience preferred (specifically Epic).
- Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word and Excel) helpful.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, detailed oriented
- Flexible; able to adapt to change
Location: Rush Copley Medical Center · Yorkville Primary Care
Schedule: Full-time, First shift, M-F, rotating evening and weekends
