Medical Aesthetician - Midlothian, VA
Professional Objectives: To perform all services according to the medical treatment brochure & program. Laser professionals must be skilled and trained with all Laser Treatments offered at the Practice.
Laser services must be delivered with the same perfection as skin care services exceeding guest expectations.
Position Activities and Responsibilities:
- Performs any and all laser procedures according to the manual & protocols.
- Practices all service treatment protocols and rituals as needed
- Interacts cooperatively with other team members to provide a seamless guest experience
- Presents a warm, gracious and professional persona towards guests and co-workers
- Adheres to high professional image standard such as: dress, grooming, language, and lifestyle
- Practices the highest standard of safety, sanitation, neatness, and visual presentations
- Actively builds repeat clientele
- Attends and participates in all general and team meetings
- Assists the medical practice team whenever asked with inventory tracking, supply orders, sterilization of equipment, before and after photography, preparation of treatment rooms, answering phones, emails, making appointments, call in prescriptions, consultations
- Tracks equipment/machinery utilization, maintenance and applicable inventory
- Maintains an organized station/room
- Attends all in house training and commits to outside continuing education
- Participates in all aspects of marketing/special events planning and execution
- Makes effective use of sampling program as well as tracking results of those samples
- When asked, evaluates potential new team members for various positions
- Assists new team members and help them grow
- Completes daily check list of cleaning obligations and abides by all county, state, and local laws and regulations regarding sanitation, cleanliness, and safety.
- Adheres to work schedule and has good work ethics
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Sets and achieves goals and targets
- Maintain accurate patent/client records
- Ability to address hair removal, tattoo removal and skin care concerns
Desired Qualifications;
- Valid Cosmetologist license
- Special skills: laser hair removal, skin care diagnostics, knowledge of protocols, equipment experience
- Experience with all skin care
- Excellent communication skills
