Full Time Opportunity! 5 Day Work Week

• Monday - Friday (8am-4:30pm)

*1-2 Years of ICD-10 experience preferred

**Experience with insurance collections, prior authorizations, out of network billing and collections

Responsibilities

• Monitor aging reports for assigned insurance carriers
• Calling insurers to initiate settlement talks
• Review and respond to all EOBs, denials, and rejected claims for assigned insurance carriers
• Review, collect and appeal any unpaid or underpaid claims
• Record all appeal attempts made in the software program (USMON)
• Payment posting
• Initiate Authorizations for accounts

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Good computer skills and experience with MS office products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and follow up on accounts in a timely manner

Experience:

• ICD-10: 2 years (Preferred)
• Collections: 2 years
• Authorizations
• Out of Network Billing and Collections
• Neurosurgical, Orthopedic Spine Surgery, and Neurological practice collection experience (preferred)
