POSITION DESCRIPTION – FULL TIME:
The Mechanic Shop Clerk performs identified Clerical Duties to support the Mechanic Shop. Daily tasks can include data entry, answering phones, and typical office work. Receives parts, keeps inventory organized, builds parts buckets, and manages parts returns.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 to 3 years of office experience
- Automotive parts experience highly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- High attention to detail and accuracy required.
- Team player.
- Excellent reading and legible writing skills.
- Able to efficiently respond to various requests at one time.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Computer experience including data entry, word processing, scheduling required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Excellent Organizational skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate closely with vendors and customers
