Job Description:
Assist in maintenance of all vehicles, equipment, tools, and machinery. Work with management to perform fleet related tasks, manage inventory, transport and shop duties. This position reports to Fleet and Equipment Manager.

Production Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of auto, small engine, light machinery and power tools mechanics
• Reinforce safety protocols and monitors safety
• Regularly addresses onsite training
• Maintains high standards of equipment maintenance and repairs
• Manage personal schedule, daily repair services and associated personnel
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude and regularly perform self-initiated tasks to expand mechanical knowledge
• Maintains a positive attitude with schedule adjustment and mindful of prioritizing repairs for seasonal services
• Maintain documentation of repairs, warranties, parts and services when applicable

Requirements:

• GED or High School Diploma
• Valid Driver’s License
• 2-3 years of experience in auto, light machinery and small engine mechanics
• Stoop/Bend/Lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for periods of 8 hours or more
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends
• Job Type: Full-time
