McKinley owns dozens of beautiful apartment communities in Orlando, FL! We are currently looking to fill several Maintenance Technician roles with candidates who are skilled in HVAC. Our employees are assigned to ONE of our properties with NO travel during the day.
The best candidates will have some property maintenance/HVAC skills and willing to learn any additional skills to make them a well-rounded team member. Our team completes almost all repairs with minimal vendor support. We respond to work orders, complete preventative maintenance tasks and prepare vacant apartments for new residents.

We will pay you well! Our current starting pay range is $20-$28 per hour.

Availability to work 8am-5pm Monday - Friday and then when trained, take turns being on call for after hours emergencies.
You must have a valid Driver License and your own transportation.
You must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted. Able to bend, twist, kneel, stoop, push, pull, walk through the entirety of the day.
