The ideal candidate: has previous experience working in a manufacturing warehouse environment, driving a forklift, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, reconciling inventory, receiving, and issuing material for production.

  • Works in Warehouse
  • Drives forklift
  • Establishes and maintains bin locations for all stocking locations within the Epicor system.
  • Will stock all over runs/ RMAs- Will communicate to production Coordinator any change in part numbers and new locations.
  • Investigate inventory inaccuracies and reports inefficiencies to the Production Coordinator. (This includes big bay, receiving and the pack line)
  • Actively participates in the corrective action and implements new procedures if necessary.
  • Processes inventory transfers.
  • Receives materials; Will receive in all materials and coordinate with appropriate contact person.
  • Coordinate and implement 'New' receiving procedure for Finished Goods Material
  • Will confirm Inventory verifications per Production Coordinators request. (Material to be used for customer orders).
  • Pull and issues to work order finished good materials for production- issues to the proper department as per work order and or production coordinators request.
  • Properly labels all material with part numbers.
  • Pulls material for ATI processing and customer orders.
  • Maintains first-in/first-out of material.
  • Is responsible for: general housekeeping, maintenance and organization of the Big Bay and inventory areas.
  • Completes the physical inventory counts and regular cycle counts of all inventory, as required by management. Regular Cycle counts to now include receiving area.
  • Reconciles the inventory records for a complete and accurate count.

CERTIFICATION, EDUCATION EXPERIENCE: Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent; three to five (3-5) years of experience working in a manufacturing inventory environment; fork lift driver experienced.

Preferred: Ability to multi-task; detail-focused; and developed organizational skills.

Ability to Work with Others: collaborate, cooperate and strive towards excellent customer service: both internal and external clients/customers.
