Job Description:
Interacts with customer care, company sales and/or service representatives via telephone, email, or chat, to handle and receives customer requests and prepares documents/trouble tickets related to processing orders. Updates databases with status of expedited orders including returned materials issues. Records and reports the status on Replenishment needs, hardware repairs. Ensure service information accessible by sorting orders in FIFO method for the picking process. Handles requests for additional company materials. Assists with other tasks as assigned throughout the distribution center.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Previous work experience in a distribution center

Demonstrates a positive attitude and teamwork in meeting goals and objectives.

Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to work in a team environment.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to demonstrate proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Functional Oracle knowledge

Basic skills to perform computer-related tasks such as e-mailing and communication.

Basic knowledge of Customer Service.

- Needs to often twist, stoop, crouch, reach about shoulders and below knees
- Needs to often lift 40-50 pounds
