As a Material Handler , you will be a critical part of the production team, ensuring that all equipment and machinery are performing at top notch! Your work will directly affect people's lives!
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret production orders and pack tickets
- Use electronic pallet jack to safely move product
- Receive materials to site by manually unloading or operating a forklift to move pallets, drums or large shipping containers
- Prepare product for logistics movement to customers
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Required to bend, operate/adjust equipment, stack pallets, and carry materials to equipment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and move over, under, and around forklift, pallet jack, and racking equipment.
- Wear protective gear including but not limited to: gloves, safety glasses, and other PPE as required.
