What We Offer:
Renuity is seeking a talented, data and process-driven Marketing Technology Specialist to join its best-in-class Marketing team at our headquarters in Coral Gables, FL. In this role, you will work with a team of marketing and sales professionals to develop marketing reports, build strategic processes for lead flow and routing, and ultimately use data to tell the story of where marketing efforts were most effective through attribution reporting.

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary between $80,000-$100,000 per year based on experience and skills

What You'll Do:
- Call tracking technology – Invoca campaign management, scripts, marketing data, integrations
- ActiveProspect – flow management, standardization, new sources, managing data fields
- Use marketing tools like content and tag management systems (such as WordPress and Google Tag Manager) to streamline our marketing workflow
- Set up A/B or multivariate tests and provide reports on how they perform
- Collect, monitor, and analyze data using KPIs, such as click-through rate, conversion rate, or cost-per-lead
- Click/Session Tracking & Recording (HotJar, VWO, Optimize)
- Help to manage integrations and customer journeys in our CDP platform (Bloomreach)
- Work with 3rd party APIs to seamless integrate our marketing technology stack
- Tag management
- Platform integrations
- CDP integrations
- Process documentation and standardization
- Assist with implementation of CDP
- Standardize technologies across all operating companies
- Suggest ways to increase customer acquisition, demand generation, and revenue
- Train our marketing team on using new technology solutions, such as project management software, digital advertising platforms, and database management and analytics
What You'll Bring:
- Experience with lead generation a plus
- Wordpress or CMS experience required
- Bachelors degree required
- Must be able to work independently
- Great organizational skills
- Experience working as a Marketing Technologist or in a similar role
- Expertise in SQL, HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript
- Must be able to work with custom REST APIs
- React, Angular, NodeJS, and Bootstrap are a plus
- Certification from the Marketing Technology Association is a plus
