Responsibilities
Overview
The Interactive Marketing Specialist will make recommendations for, implement and maintain the systems and processes required for the day-to-day operation of the marketing department. Using proven practices and innovative concepts, this position will drive continuous improvement of marketing operations from campaign execution to measuring results. Fostering relationships across sales, IT and the marketing teams, the position will drive collaboration on projects to meet the needs and objectives of not only the client, but those of the marketing team. The Interactive Marketing Specialist will work closely with the iLottery Manager on additional efforts touching many different projects to ensure consistent execution and reliable measures of success.
The role requires strong communication, organizational and project-management skills, and knowledge of the various phases of online ecommerce and marketing content development and production The ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects with critical deadlines and material risks is essential.
Responsibilities
- The Interactive Marketing Specialist will be charged with the following responsibilities:
- Develop campaign ideas to marketing calendar, maintain calendar and coordinate campaign execution
- Plan game roadmap, prepare documentation and deploy game launches in digital platform
- Plan and deploy promotions and associated customer communication
- Participate on product testing
- Create interactive project plan(s) and manage all project tasks and activities with various teams (design, development outside agencies & other vendors when applicable)
- Monitor status of multiple projects to ensure projects are on time and on budget and work to find creative solutions to issues that may jeopardize delivery
- Provide post launch analysis and post-mortem for major projects

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience creating and managing project plans/schedules
- Experience in project collaboration techniques: brainstorming, consensus building, team building, conflict resolution, etc.
- Ability to effectively communicate and manage multiple clients and collaborators
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal direction
- Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances and instill trust in others while upholding the values of the organization
- Ability to work well as part of a team: to exhibit objectivity and be open-minded towards the ideas and views of others, give as well as welcome feedback, contribute to building team spirit, and aid others to succeed
- A “can-do” temperament and commitment to meeting deadlines and doing whatever it takes

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $37,500 - $115,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
