Job Summary:

Builds brand awareness and drives patient referrals. Strategizes local marketing direction within assigned locations by implementing and executing local marketing initiatives. Assists in developing short- and long-term marketing plans. Calls on healthcare and health-related professionals within a specific geographic area and supports local clinic marketing and community programs and events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Define a location-specific marketing plan that supports the regional marketing strategy

· Provides reports and analyzes local marketing efforts

· Establishes relationships and builds rapport with local businesses, doctors, and dentists to encourage patient referrals

· Secures participation in community events to generate new patients and brand awareness

· Manages local marketing budget

· Monitors local competitive trends

· Builds relationships with local organizations, local government agencies, and prominent community members

· Assists with clinic Grand Openings and other events

· Supports field requests for marketing materials including posters, advertising, promotional fliers, etc.

· Orders and distributes branded merchandise to clinics and community events. Helps manage inventory to maximize impact and success within budget

· Perform all other duties, as assigned

· Ability to work both independently and in a team setting

· Ability to solve issues and problems creatively

· Ability to build rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with team members and external contacts at all levels

· Well-developed written and oral communication skills

· Highly effective organizational skills

· Ability to manage several projects simultaneously

· Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office, Adobe Acrobat

Minimum Qualifications – (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensure):

· High School Diploma or equivalent required

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred

· Minimum of three (3) years of experience in outside business to business sales/marketing, operations, or marketing with a proven track record of success, five (5) years preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
