Marketing Operations Manager

About the Position:

As the Marketing Operations Manager at Coretelligent, you will work within the marketing team and closely with sales operations and the sales team to make Coretelligent’s target account-focused marketing approach a success. You will create and implement processes, technology, and tracking capabilities that maximize the productivity of marketing and BDR programs, enable the marketing team to make decisions that improve demand generation and pipeline, and inform thought leadership. You will achieve this by having full ownership of all marketing technologies including Pardot, Salesforce (CRM) marketing campaigns and integrations, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Zoom Events (webinars), WordPress (CMS), and Google Analytics.


Responsibilities:

  • The end-to-end successful execution of innovative marketing campaigns
  • Support and work collaboratively with marketing team members on demand generation initiatives by managing the execution of email, webcast, nurture campaigns, and other digital programs
  • Bring expertise on reporting for B2B technology companies and propose improvements to Marketing and Sales processes to drive speed and efficiency in systems
  • Database management and optimization:
    • A high-quality, fully optimized lead and contact database
    • Field-level segmentation for market penetration
    • A highly efficient pipeline of lead capture, nurture, scoring, and handoff to sales
  • Day-to-day administration and management of our marketing technology stack:
    • Infrastructure/tech stack integration and optimization
    • Create and manage all Pardot templates, assets, libraries, lists, flows, forms, landing pages, and reporting
    • Create and manage webinar registration pages, forms, and triggered emails in Zoom Events, and ensure proper integration with Pardot
    • Work with Sales Operations to manage integrations with Pardot and Salesforce for effective team monitoring
    • Ensure effective integration and utilization of Google Analytics on the Coretelligent website and tracking with Pardot (including rebranding the new site)
  • Experience in measurement and reporting of marketing effectiveness:
    • Evaluate campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and use data to drive decisions on the marketing mix, segmentation, customers, target audiences, and message effectiveness
    • Monitor team effectiveness in conjunction with Sales Operations
    • Analyze marketing performance including building reports and dashboards
    • Measure, monitor, and optimize the revenue funnel from inquiry to MQL to closed opportunity
  • Support the team with Ad hoc reporting through excel and salesforce dashboards and reports


Qualifications:

  • Organization and prompt deliveries are key requirements for this role and must have a deadline orientation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Strong proficiency with system integration principles and experience in troubleshooting points of system failure
  • Technical and analytical proficiency (Pardot, Salesforce, Excel, BI, etc.)
  • Pardot Certified Expert
  • Ability to understand business problems and analyze and present data
  • Detail-oriented; enjoys working with data, and new technology, and using them to solve complex business issues
  • Experience with business process improvement and change management initiatives
  • Minimum of 4 years of marketing operations experience
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS product solutions; strong familiarity with account-based marketing and B2B demand waterfall industry standards
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships and listen to customers (internal and external) and address needs and concerns
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for continuous improvement and self-development
  • Desire and aptitude to be trained in advanced analysis
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent work experience



Pay:
This full-time position is based in the US. The salary range is $100k - $110k + benefits. This range reflects the minimum and maximum targets for new hires across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, work location, and relevant education or training.
