We site, build, and operate EV charging depots for commercial fleets across sectors ranging from delivery and distribution to autonomous vehicles and ride hailing. We are looking for an atypical and experienced Marketer to develop and execute marketing programs that are aligned with our strategic goals and objectives. This includes managing all Marketing Operations, Digital Tools, Experiential Initiatives (Events, Webinars, Speaking Engagements, etc.), Marketing Automation, and our Owned Channels (Website, Social Media, Email). We are looking for a teammate that has a track record of prioritizing what provides the most value to a target customer and building successful campaigns around this.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Support the sales team through executing initiatives that educate customers, drive demand for our solutions, provide insights into customers’ behavior, and most importantly drive new qualified leads
  • Manage the execution of all marketing projects including software implementation, production schedules, budgets, timelines, and cross collaboration between multiple Voltera Teams and external partners
  • Develop and execute experiential marketing programs across all channels, including live events, webinars, digital/social media campaigns, promotional items, etc.
  • Responsible for managing and monitoring the digital tools to automate our lead generation, social media, and email campaigns
  • Ongoing website development and management through Webflow and with the support of a Digital Agency
  • Manage relationships with agency partners to deliver next level creative and an exceptional customer experience as we provide marketing support throughout the full customer journey
  • Manage the overarching Voltera Marketing and Editorial Calendars to create compelling content to drive attendance at events or participation in campaigns
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

MUST-HAVE:

  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience in relevant Experiential, Digital, Social Media, and/or Marketing Operations roles
  • Fast-paced Project Management experience of digital initiatives like social media, websites, landing pages, email marketing, and overall marketing automation
  • Understanding of Brand, Marketing, and Communications strategy and basic design principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of products – Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience using Adobe Suite of products or other content creation tools like Canva
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

NICE-TO-HAVE:

  • Understanding of and experience working in the Electric Vehicle, Fleet, and/or Energy & Charging Industries
  • Full Marketing Campaign management across all channels (Digital, Social, Events, PR, Communications, etc.)
  • Experience implementing Marketing Automation and CRM suites like HubSpot and SalesForce
  • Experience with setting up and managing paid media campaigns – Social, Search, and Display
  • Graphic Design capabilities
  • Experience as a photographer or managing photography shoots
  • MBA
