NetSource Technologies is a full-service web development and digital marketing company located in Ocala, Florida. We work with general business clients, but specialize in a few select verticals: RV, Powersports, Marine, Trailer, and construction. Our general business clients are mostly in Central Florida, while our specialized customers are nationwide. In business since 1995, we have a well-established team including sales, design, programming, and technical support. We are currently seeking a full-time marketing manager to focus on branding and marketing of our internal companies. We are looking for an experienced marketing professional with a proven track record of growth who is seeking a long-term career commitment.

Essential Responsibilities

The marketing manager will work with our existing teams to implement approved strategies for our internal companies. The marketing manager’s responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain mail and email lists for all verticals and local markets from both internal and external sources
  • Establish strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives for brands, products and services.
  • Use established ABM and B2B marketing methods to reach potential customer base
  • Build plans and campaigns to engage and grow existing customer base
  • Monitor competitive products and marketing activities in all marketplaces we serve.
  • Coordinate with sales, design, and management teams to develop, plan and execute advertising and promotion activities with a focus on digital, email and direct mail marketing.
  • Create email campaigns, marketing materials, brochures, videos, etc., as needed for campaigns.
  • Create white papers and case studies to showcase B2B project successes and use those in marketing strategies to attract new business.
  • Keep internal websites in line with branding strategies.
  • Evaluate market research and adjust strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and present to management.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent company image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
  • Manage time and budgets efficiently.
  • Successfully work on multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Preferred Technical Skills:

  • In-depth experience with inbound marketing tool(s) like HubSpot, SharpSpring, or similar.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and AdWords

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing or Communications.
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience preferred.
  • ABM and B2B marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple marketing properties & budgets simultaneously required.

Salary based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time, in our Ocala, Florida office. Remote work is not an option for this position.
