Position: Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Overview: RM Friedland which was recently recognized as one of the best places to work in Westchester County is looking for a Marketing Manager to help with the day-to-day operations within the marketing department. This person will create presentations and pitches, marketing brochures, and manage the content for our social media accounts. This person must be creative and affable with a strong work ethic. The position requires independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize responsibilities in order to meet multiple deadlines while interfacing with a diverse group of colleagues and vendors. The Marketing Manager will report to the President.

Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing collateral: presentations, brochures, flyers, etc.
• Work collaboratively on a team with other members of the marketing department
• Interface with our third-party public relations company for quarterly press releases.
• Curate and manage content and postings for RM Friedland’s social media, digital and print advertising
• Update Company Website as needed on WordPress Backend
• Spearhead planning for local events and annual trade show

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4+ years of marketing and graphic design experience
• 4+ years of proficiency in Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat)
• Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently as well as with key internal and external constituents
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in Real Estate
• Knowledge of Social Media
• Understanding of SEO
