We are seeking a highly motivated and successful Sr. Data Analyst to join our team. As a data expert, you will collect, cleanse, analyze, and visualize data to drive marketing, sales, and client retention efforts. We are looking for someone who is passionate about data and wants to grow their skills in a positive and friendly work environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for performance analysis and reporting across our marketing teams and customer journey stages. You will track the allocation of budget to specific marketing programs and measure target and actual ROI/cost per unit of performance in different matrices. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure adherence to marketing performance measures and decision making rooted in maximizing revenue/CPS impact and return on investment. You will also be responsible for developing and managing campaign performance, lead/account scoring, lead acquisition, and client retention.

Additionally, you will consolidate market, account, opportunity, and contact data from various internal and external data sources. You will help develop and implement prospect and client-facing campaigns and partner with our IT team and developers to integrate data between existing systems.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in B2C marketing/sales data analytics and a preference for experience in contact center sales and performance marketing. You should have the ability to work independently with little or no direction, strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, and a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Previous experience working with enterprise sales CRM/ESP systems, especially Salesforce CRM, is strongly preferred.
