Marketing Coordinator - Northwest Arkansas

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a marketing coordinator to join our team with experience in the A/E/C (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and excellent client service to all areas of the company.
• Manage the RFP/RFQ process from beginning to end ensuring that all submissions are timely and accurate. Review and understand all proposal requirements, schedule proposal effort, coordinate proposal team meetings and assign responsibilities. Develop and produce (write, edit, proofread, format, print, bind) proposal responses.
• Assist in project interview preparation with team coordination, creation and development of interview presentation materials (PowerPoint, posters, videos, leave-behinds, etc.).
• Create new, as well as, maintain and organize current marketing material and resources, including the proposal files, marketing databases, and other electronic and physical resources (e.g., resumes, project profiles, brochures, advertisements, press releases, boilerplate proposal text libraries, graphics, photography, jobsite signage, banners, etc.).
• Plan, organize and coordinate internal company events; client appreciation events; golf tournaments; community service projects; and industry conferences and trade shows, including participation (and attendance as needed).
• Maintain Cosential CRM database including entry of opportunities, project data, employees, clients, client references and contacts.
• Assists in purchasing and inventory of company shirts, caps, safety vests, hard hats, event giveaways, “swag”, etc.
• Review local and industry news for information reported about Baldwin & Shell, our customers, our competitors and project opportunities.
• Monitor info@baldwinshell.com email account and forward messages to appropriate parties
• Develop posts for social media outlets
• Active involvement in professional and community organizations, including SMPS

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field (without a degree, 2 years of relevant A/E/C industry marketing experience required)
• Basic understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and procedures is preferred.
• Computer skills must include Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, social media platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Cosential and website content management system experience preferred.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables with simultaneous deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills, diligent with time management, detail-oriented and creative problem-solving ability.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Technical writing skills are considered a plus.
• Cooperative team player that maintains a positive, cooperative attitude with all employees and customers
