Summary of Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility for Marketing is to promote SBP & Divisions mission statement, values, branding and image of SBP & Divisions through marketing materials, website management, and marketing communication.

Job Duties Include:

  • Coordinate daily marketing activities and track with marketing pipeline.
  • Coordinate with SBP Marketing Manager for promotional literature design.
  • Analyzing User Experience Data, initiating digital projects, reporting on planned and current strategies, leading effective digital marketing strategies and ensuring projects are executed within budget.
  • Working with Business Unit General Managers to put together a calendar of strategic products/service campaigns through email marketing, literature, videos, social media and paid search.
  • Write articles and promotional materials for SBP & Divisions.
  • Coordinate the production of a wide range of marketing communications.
  • Record products with pictures and descriptions for website, ERP System and promotional materials.
  • Maintain marketing library by checking and replenishing inventory, upload marketing materials to online libraries, internet groups.
  • Updating and maintain marketing departments documentation and databases.
  • Manage events; book venues, trade shows booths and exhibitions as required, order marketing materials and giveaways.
  • Support sales presentations by assembling proposals, videos, PowerPoint presentations, demonstration and product capability booklets.
  • Compile account and competitor analysis for sales team.
  • Prepare mailers, email marketing campaigns and brochures by coordinating the design with Marketing Manager; arrange printing and internet packages.
  • Continued Education to improve marketing opportunities, awareness and knowledge.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills/Qualifications: Marketing Degree Preferred (or Relevant Experience); Strong Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite; Experience with Website Design, WordPress, HTML, and Content Management; Working Knowledge with a Digital SLR Camera & Video Camera; Sound Understanding of Marketing Principles; Strong Copywriting Skills and the Ability to Communicate Complex Ideas; Effective Project Management; Administration & Organizational Skills; Experience with Hubspot and Wordpress a plus. Personable, Presentable & Articulate; Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,999.00 - $50,000.00 per year
