Summary
At Proper Sky, we’re looking for marketing representative to help propel our business to the next level. We’re looking for someone that has success at selling high-ticket conceptual services to executives and business owners in a very competitive landscape. Using digital marketing channels, you will take your professional expertise, our mission and values and help us craft a voice and brand that resonates with likeminded organizations. You are organized, methodical, detail-oriented, accountable, and self-motivated. Through your hard work and effort, you will transform your marketing prowess into tangible sales opportunities. Experience with some marketing, advertising, or public relations would be required.

This position is perfect for someone that understands what it takes to make marketing successful but hasn’t had the opportunity to own that responsibility. You will work closely with the CEO to develop branding, messaging, voice, content and strategy and execute. Industry and toolkit training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Our organization is maturing, and we need someone to strategically craft our message and brand as we develop our voice, familiarity with Story Brand preferred.
• Assist the CEO in the development and maintenance of departmental goals and strategies.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the service catalog and how it relates to customer needs.
• Develop marketing materials and communications with vendors to be regularly distributed through our marketing channels and systems.
• Prepare and procure advertising materials required for packaging, advertising, and promotion of service offerings.
• Consistently compose and post content to the company’s website and social media, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Assist in managing public relations for the company through numerous media and communications outlets.
• Event coordination: local business events, trade shows, and other various prospecting events.
• Perform administrative marketing tasks that include documenting campaigns, drafting communications, designing marketing materials, and establishing and maintaining training programs that cover service offerings.
• Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
• Responsible for entering time and expenses and managing a marketing budget, including working with graphic design vendors, 3rd party experts, etc.
• Assist the Sales Team as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Understanding of overall SEO, Social, Content and Paid Search concepts and strategies.
• Experience with Zoho, Google AdWords, Retargeting, Content Creation, Conversion Tracking, Lead Nurturing, concepts useful but not required.
• Experience in customer and market research.

Additional Details
This position will require some work in our office during normal business hours.
You’ll need reliable transportation and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Our office is located in Glenside (soon Abington).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
