Description:
The Marketing Associate supports Loyola's marketing team in coordinating marketing, advertising, direct mail and digital programs. The associate will work closely with the marketing managers to achieve promotional and growth goals for the health system.Coordinates marketing and promotional plans for hospital services, service lines and health system initiatives.
Coordinates plans, budgets, and production logistics for advertising campaigns .
Creates content for consumer blog, manages production process, gains approvals for posting.
Proofreads marketing and advertising materials .
Prepares monthly reports on direct mail, digital and advertising campaigns.
Provides production and logistical support for meeting presentations, filming, and photo shoots.
Processing invoices and manages vendors .
Must be deadline driven and have the ability to anticipate needs for timely communications.Strong interpersonal client relationship skills are vital as the position works closely with internal clients to develop content and gain approvals from medical experts and clinicians, executives and administrators.
