• Develop relationships and acquire sponsorships/partnerships to increase revenue for local advertising throughout our leagues, tournaments, partnership events, and charitable events.
• Communicate with the sales team to develop strategies that cohesively fit with scheduled events and timelines.
• Assist with the digital and traditional marketing analyst, with an emphasis on increasing sponsorship/partnership revenue.
• Some work in Adobe Suite and Canva to create content for social media, emails, and newsletters.
• Help develop and drive the marketing calendar to increase exposure and drive engagement across all channels.
• Developing and implementing events and marketing plans.
• Manage subscription lists.
• Develop reporting documents and dashboards for digital marketing efforts and measure performance and results of campaigns to provide analysis to the digital marketing team and other departments.
• Assist with analyzing the performance of digital marketing channels via various analytics platforms.
• Establishing a plan with clear goals and objectives in order to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional).
• Traveling to events and marketing our various campaigns effectively.
• Assist in copywriting, editing, and proofreading for emails, ads, and websites.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Degree or proven experience in a similar field, with eagerness to learn new skills and technologies.
• Two years of Non-Profit Event Planning or sponsorship/partnership sales.
• Digital marketing and/or email marketing experience; agency, sports, or corporate retail industry experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
• Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, AfterEffects, Premiere, etc.).
• Experience working with CRM and CMS software.
• Working knowledge of web analytics and reporting tools (Such as: Google Analytics).
• Working knowledge of MailChimp or a similar email marketing platform.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and is able to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to work nights and weekends to staff and photograph events.
