Summit Staffing Solutions is actively recruiting for a top local employer for long-term, temp-to-hire manufacturing/production openings for DAY and SWING shifts! A long-standing, solid company, located in Newberg, Oregon, with excellent benefits!

We are recruiting for openings across multiple departments: Assembly, Upholstery, Shop Help, and General Production - Training Provided! Candidates will be performing various tasks and duties related to the positions listed above, including but not limited to, the following:

• Work under a trainer performing routine sub-assembly tasks
• Routinely follow written work instructions to perform tasks and utilize a computer to navigate through resources and work instructions
• Operate various hand tools and equipment on a variety of large and small parts depending on department assigned.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards while following all safety guidelines and maintain acceptable dependability level.

Pay: $17 - $20/hr - Depending on Shift and Position

Work Shift Schedules:

• Day Shift: Monday – Thursday | Hours: 5:00am – 3:30pm
• Swing Shift: Monday – Thursday | Hours: 3:30pm – 2:00am
