Manufacturing Process Lead
Location: HATTIESBURG, MS

career with us. Our Manufacturing Process Lead will be responsible for
operating machine shop production equipment while achieving safety, quality,
productivity, and company goals. The primary responsibility of
the Manufacturing Process Lead is to ensure the assigned work is completed
in a timely manner, this includes assigning and explaining daily tasks to
Machinists; monitoring work progress and compliance with policies and
procedures; training and assisting Machinists.
Successful candidates will maintain the quality of all production within the
cell, perform basic quality checks, and perform basic preventative cleaning
processes. In addition, Manufacturing Process Lead will be responsible for performing
machine troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.

Skills/Requirements
Requirements:
Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the
position (reasonable accommodation provided as needed)
Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing
production processes and work with team members to meet goals
2-3 year technical degree, 3-5 years gauging experience, or
combination of education and experience preferred. Additional training will be
provided as needed.
Working knowledge of Math, Geometry and Trigonometry preferred
Must be at least 18 years old
