Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced business analyst who can support our internal production system. This is an exciting opportunity to use your skills to help the leadership and internal manufacturing operations chart the course to help bring PE Metalworks into its fourth decade of success.

The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with an eye for detail and a passion for bending the highest quality parts.

Job Description:

• Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
• Analyzes and interprets data
• Provides feedback on assessment results
• Works with management team to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
• Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
• Works under general direction; self-starter who can take own a project from beginning to end

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 1 year of experience supporting a manufacturing environment
• 1 year of experience analyzing and interpreting data
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Reliable transportation to the facility

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3 or more years supporting a manufacturing environment
• 3 or more years of experience analyzing and interpreting data
• Previous experience presenting to leadership/management

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary commensurate with experience

• Manufacturing hours are 7:00 - 3:30 pm; working hours for this position to be discussed in interview

About PE Metalworks

Established in 1984, PE Metalworks has grown from engraving nameplates and control panels to a high-end, sheet metal fabrication company. Our 32,000-foot, climate-controlled facility includes state-of-the-art equipment, including laser cutting, graphics department, and a powder-coating system. PE Metalworks has end-to-end expertise from consulting clients on concepts and engineering drawings through to creating and delivering the highest quality parts on time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
