Job description
Performs management and supervision responsibilities pertaining to the daily facility and plant operations. Manage, monitor and coordinate the Maintenace, repair construction and administrative activities related to maintenance, housekeeping and laundry.Manage daily activity of outside contractors and the follow through until the jobs are completed.

EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE
At least 5 years in Maintenace in a long-term care facility and 3 years of management experience
LICENSURE
Must have a current drivers license and an acceptable driving record.
