Position Summary:

The Manager, Physician Practice will manage the day-to-day clinical and administrative activities of the assigned practices, including but not limited to scheduling and registration, clinical and non-clinical staffing, patient flow, patient satisfaction and financial resource optimization. The Manager, Physician Practice works as part of the team with physicians and advanced practice providers to ensure that optimum care is afforded to patients. The position ensures all relevant and appropriate duties of patient care are carried out to ensure that this objective is achieved, and will communicate and collaborate with physicians and all other staff to ensure that the clinical facility is operating efficiently on a consistent basis. The Manager, Physician Practice is the leader of his/her practices and is responsible for not only daily operations but for identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the practice, assisting in strategic planning and marketing initiatives and serving as the point person for all internal and external customers.

This Position is responsible for managing practices in Yorkville, Sugar Grove and Aurora

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of three to four years previous experience managing all aspects of a medical practice required; previous experience in the same or similar specialty preferred
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products and physician office scheduling and billing software
• Strong communicator with ability to influence providers and staff
