Payor Intelligence’s responsibilities are constantly evolving and currently represent key components of Novant Health’s strategic goals. The Manager, Payor Data Strategy role reports to the Director, Payor Data Strategy, and partners cross-functionally with technical and business leaders to drive a comprehensive, enterprise solution to leverage payor data.

- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or related degree, required.
- Experience: 5 years Healthcare experience, with a specific focus in value-based care data, Required
- Additional Skills Required:
- Ability to work independently; Self-motivated, innovative, shows initiative, creative in overcoming obstacles, can-do spirit, results focused.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external business partners translating complex ideas into compelling, actionable recommendations.
- Knowledge of database procedures and Microsoft SQL Server concepts; basic SQL skills.
- Confident with systems, data, and analysis, and able to identify trends to take advantage of opportunities to drive continual improvement.
- Represent team with business leadership.
- Brings data-driven approaches to decision making, both in day-to-day activities and when helping others make strategic trade-offs.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required (PivotTable, VLOOKUP, writing formulas).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, gained within a customer focused environment.
