The Manager, MICC CAPA and Training is responsible for managing CAPA plans for MICC. Serves as SME during internal and external audits. Identifies and coordinates training for MICC; manages training analytics for coaching and trending opportunities and responsible for on and off-boarding activities. This position will play a key role in crafting and implementing innovative initiatives at MICC and be responsible for developing plans and content for these initiatives. Responsible for leading monthly Safety Service meeting between MICC and safety team. Manages the process of obtaining copyright permissions and manage Sunshine Act reporting documents.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • The Manager of MICC CAPA and training is responsible for coordinating review and developing action plans for CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventative Action) cases
  • Designs, develops, and implements training program at MICC to enhance the skillset, knowledge, and competencies of customer-facing roles
  • Prepares and supports during internal and external audits as well as develops action plans for findings identified during the audits
  • Serves as channel and process expert for Medical Information requests including but not limited to phone calls, electronic Medical Information Requests, Chat and General Inquires
  • Builds and maintains on-boarding training to integrate new hires with the team and off-boarding activities to manage the employee experience at the end of their tenure with the team
  • Works closely with MICC leadership team and other managers within MICC (frontline and operations) to identify and coordinate training for MICC
  • Coordinate with Manager of Vendor Compliance and Quality Monitoring to ensure policies and procedures are followed by team
  • Collaborates with cross functional partners (e.g. Quality, Safety, IT CRM systems) to develop and deliver training that ensure high quality communications and minimize compliance risk
  • Reconcile training report to ensure training requirements are met
  • Provides cross coverage for Manager of Vendor Compliance and Quality Monitoring, including quality assurance
  • Manages the process of obtaining copyright permission done by MICC staff and manages Sunshine Act reporting documentations

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. PharmD, Registered Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5-6 years of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry and Contact Center management/operations experience along with the following:
  • Understanding of Medical Information customer communications center process within pharmaceutical industry is preferred
  • Understanding of QA programs, tools (e.g., call recording) and systems is preferred
  • Experience of business review is a plus
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Business continuity, crisis management, or disaster recovery experience preferred
  • This position is based in Titusville, NJ, and may require up to 10% of domestic travel and the ability to work nights and weekends during a crisis event

The anticipated base pay for this position is between $111,000 and $186,205.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
