We are seeking a Manager of Learning who will use their knowledge and experience to help us create, manage, and deliver effective and innovative global talent development programs, processes, resources, and tools. This role will report to the Head of Talent Development and Belonging. In this role, you will provide consultative support on talent management topics to HR business partners (HRBPs) and design learning interventions for the broader organization. With your entrepreneurial approach and ability to navigate a global organization, you will be an integral member of our team and key to our business success!

In this role, you will be responsible for partnering on the creation and implementation of the talent development strategy that supports our strategic priorities. In partnership with key stakeholders, this role will work closely with the Head of Talent Development & Belonging, to build, implement, and continuously improve talent development programs including performance management, talent selection, talent assessment and calibration, leadership and top talent development, succession planning, employee engagement and culture, coaching and performance support. Data analysis and project management skills are critical to success in this role.

In this role, you will:

  • Support the Talent strategy - Contribute to the design and development of talent and leadership development solutions and/or programs (e.g., high potential development, leadership assessment, coaching/mentoring)
  • Advise and Partner with People Teams and Leadership on Talent Development & Belonging Topics
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand the organizational needs, and then analyze, design, develop, and deliver appropriate learning interventions.

  • Been a key contributor for the organization-wide performance review process, including helping to set the stage for calibrations & producing training materials to support stakeholders
  • Assisted in Succession Planning efforts
  • Sourcing appropriate vendors to augment leadership development efforts as well as career development programming for underrepresented employees

Your experience:

  • Program and project management skills, and strong time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of learning/training and organizational development (OD) techniques, experience and knowledge of OD tools
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, editing, presenting, and facilitation
  • Strong influencing and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, judgment, and decision-making ability.
  • Data analysis skills are critical to success in this role.

Experience Managing Programs

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, collaborating, communicating, organizing, adapting, and influencing and lead project team members, hold well-constructed meetings, and facilitate groups
  • Microsoft Excel experience, and familiarity with various collaboration tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)
  • Experience leading focus groups and seeking feedback from surveys

Delivering Content / Consulting Skills

  • Experience in facilitating leadership development training (face-to-face and virtual delivery) and strong advising and business-partnering skills
  • Track record of building and maintaining strong relationships across functions & organizations (particularly at senior levels and within HR organization)

You Will Excite Us If You Have

  • Practical experience with supporting talent management processes like performance management, succession, and calibration
  • Experience in the development of organizational design, supporting organizational effectiveness, and supporting change management initiative(s)
  • Stayed current with talent trends and research; display a learning agility and tendency to self-develop
  • Excellent writing skills (English), including the ability to produce clear and compelling emails and documents
  • The skills to create design-savvy materials
  • Passion about learning and leadership development and are looking to help make a difference and impact change by owning and managing a suite of programs.
